Who is responsible

Taehyeong Kim, the operator of hddneverdie.com, is responsible for the personal information described in this policy.

Information we collect

The Technical Brief form may collect:

• your full name and work email address;
• your company or organization and optional role;
• your selected area of interest;
• the workload, requirements, or questions you choose to provide; and
• your consent to be contacted about the request.

The For Investors form collects:

• your full name and email address;
• your fund or organization and optional role;
• the investment focus, partnership interests, or questions you choose to provide; and
• your consent to be contacted about the inquiry.

Submissions through the For Investors form are recorded as investment inquiries. Both forms use the same request service.

Our hosting and form delivery providers may also process basic technical information, such as IP address, browser information, timestamps, and security signals, to operate and protect their services.

How we use it

We use the information only to:

• review and respond to your request;
• send the Magnetic HBM Technical Brief;
• answer relevant technical questions and follow up on investment or partnership inquiries;
• maintain the security and integrity of the request process; and
• meet applicable legal obligations.

We do not use the form for automated decision-making, profiling, or unrelated marketing.

Legal basis and choice

We process the information you submit with your consent so that we can provide the material and response you requested. Providing the information is optional, but submitting either form requires your name, email address, organization, and consent to be contacted. Your role and message are optional; the Technical Brief form also requires an area of interest.

You may withdraw your consent at any time by emailing us. Withdrawal does not affect processing that occurred before the withdrawal.

Service providers

Cloudflare hosts the shared form service, stores Technical Brief requests and investor inquiries in a private database, and delivers submission notifications to our email account. Cloudflare Turnstile processes technical security signals to help prevent automated abuse on both forms.

Our website host and email service provider may also process information as necessary to host the page, secure the service, and deliver or store the resulting message. We do not sell personal information.

International processing

Our service providers may process information in countries other than the country where you live. Where required, we take reasonable steps to use providers and arrangements that offer appropriate protection for personal information.

Retention

Technical Brief requests and investor inquiries in the form database are automatically deleted after 365 days. We normally retain notification emails and related correspondence for up to 12 months after the last relevant communication. We may keep correspondence longer where necessary to comply with law, establish or defend legal claims, or resolve a dispute.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, or portability of your personal information. You may also withdraw consent and complain to the data protection authority in your country.

Cookies and policy changes

The Magnetic HBM pages do not intentionally set analytics or advertising cookies. Infrastructure providers may use limited technical storage or logs for security and delivery.

We may update this policy when the request process or applicable requirements change. The effective date at the top of this page will show the latest revision.
